Alexandra Burst a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. She is a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Level 1 Reiki Practitioner as well as an Access Bars Facilitator. Throughout her own journey to health & wellness, Alex used a whole foods rich diet to regain her health and eventually transitioned to a plant-based diet. Alex’s intention is to share her knowledge of this lifestyle to those that are interested in enriching their mind, body and soul. She believes that the balance of all three is essential to leading a healthy and happy life. With a serious drive in her heart and an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, Alex hopes to encourage those around her to eat right, live well and maintain positivity in all aspects of life.
